Created Unassigned: Simple Mvvm Ria Services project creation does not complete [1619]

Dear Tony,

I just downloaded the 5.5.0.1 version for VS 2013. When I tried to create a new Simple Mvvm Ria Services project, I get the error message: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.VisualStudio.Web.Application, Version=10.0.0.0, ......'.
I get the SL & Web Project created (no test project) but I have to the web project properties and add manually the Silverlight Project to the Silverlight Applications tab, otherwise the xap file is not copied to the ClientBin folder.
After doing some search I located the Microsoft.VisualStudio.Web.Application.dll in GAC_MSIL which is in Version 12.0.31101.0.
My Visual Studio has update 4 installed.
